Overview
Corporate Event Invitation is a confident, premium front-and-back invitation for a company gala, annual dinner or product launch. Deep navy, a tower drawn in fine worm's-eye line art and a bold emerald slab cutting across the card give it an architectural feel; the title is set in tall Barlow Condensed and the text in Outfit.
- Front: the formal invitation line, the event title and year, and a date / time / venue strip.
- Back: the agenda as a timeline, venue and dress code, and an RSVP panel with the reply-by date, website, email and phone.
Four real language versions
- Arabic: a mirrored right-to-left layout set in Alexandria, not just translated text. The tower and the slanted slab flip, all text is right-aligned, website, email and phone stay left-to-right in isolated lines, and Western digits (0–9) are used throughout. The wording uses the respectful plural, so it suits any guest.
- English, French and Spanish: formal business wording written by hand in each language, with correct accents (including accented capitals such as DÎNER and CONFIRMACIÓN).
Two print sizes
- A5 (148 × 210 mm) with 3 mm bleed: PDF page 154 × 216 mm.
- 5 × 7 in with 0.125 in bleed: PDF page 5.25 × 7.25 in.
- Text and logo sit inside a 5 mm / 0.1875 in safe area; backgrounds run into the bleed.
- Each PDF has two pages (front, back), embedded fonts and TrimBox/BleedBox. A separate "with-guides" PDF shows the bleed, trim and safe lines for proofing.
Digital version for sending online
- A 1080 × 1350 px post PNG and a 1080 × 1920 px story PNG in every language.
- An HTML email invitation in every language: nested tables and inline styles, no images and no scripts, with an RSVP button.
- Editable SVG sources for the post and story images (live text, layers) to change the text and export new PNGs from a design app, plus HTML sources as an alternative.

- 16 SVG files (4 languages × 2 sides × 2 sizes) with live text and named layers: Artwork, Logo, Text and Guides.
- 4 print HTML/CSS files (one per language, both sides and sizes) that the PDFs were made from.
- PNG previews of every language, side and size.
Good to know
- The PDFs are RGB; the README explains how to convert them with your printer's CMYK profile.
- This is a design file package: no printing service, email sending service or editing software is included.
- All sample details are fictional (company, logo, host, product, venue, example.com addresses and +1 202 555 01xx phone number) and are meant to be replaced.

Requirements
To print: use the PDF files as they are with any print service or PDF viewer. To edit the SVG files: a vector design app that opens SVG, such as Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity Designer or Figma, with the included fonts installed first. To edit the HTML sources: any text editor, plus Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to preview and save. To send the email: an email-marketing service that accepts custom HTML. No software or service is included.

Installation
- Download

print/A5/orprint/5x7in/and pick the PDF for your language (the file without "with-guides"). - To send digitally, use the images in
digital/post-1080x1350/anddigital/story-1080x1920/or the email file indigital/email/. - To edit, install the fonts from
fonts/first, restart your design app and open the SVG you need fromsource/svg/. - Read

User guide
- Change the details: edit the text objects in the SVG files (each line is its own text object) or the text in
source/html/invitation-<lang>.html. - Arabic text: Arabic lines are anchored at their right edge so they stay right-aligned. In Illustrator, use the Middle Eastern & South Asian Every-line Composer if letters look disconnected.
- Digital images: edit the post or story SVG in
source/svg/post-1080x1350/orsource/svg/story-1080x1920/and export a PNG at 1x from your design app; the HTML sources are an alternative (see the README). - Email: replace the RSVP button link, email and phone, paste the code into your email service's HTML editor and send yourself a test first.
- Logo: delete the Logo layer and place your own logo in the same spot.
- Guides: hide the Guides layer before exporting a PDF.
- Printing: send the PDF at full page size, print double-sided (page 1 front, page 2 back) and cut to the trim.
