Appreciation Certificate

Appreciation Certificate is a warm, personal certificate of appreciation for thanking a volunteer, partner, teacher or team member. Soft peach and sage colour washes, a hand-drawn terracotta frame, an olive-branch wreath around a "Thank you!" badge and a hand-written personal message line give it a friendly, human feel, while a clear hierarchy keeps it readable: title, recipient name, citation, message, then signatures, date and certificate number.

Four real language versions

• Arabic: a mirrored right-to-left layout, not just translated text. The text block and signatures move to the right, the badge and wreath to the left, and all text is right-aligned in Lalezar and Almarai. Western digits (0–9) are used for the date and the certificate number, which stays left-to-right in its own isolated element.
• English, French and Spanish: natural wording in each language, with correct accents (including accented capitals such as É and Á) and the right punctuation and quotation marks.

Two sizes, for the print shop and the office printer

• A4 landscape (297 × 210 mm) and US Letter landscape (11 × 8.5 in).
• Print-shop PDFs with 3 mm / 0.125 in bleed (pages 303 × 216 mm and 11.25 × 8.75 in), TrimBox and BleedBox set, and a generous 12 mm / 0.5 in safe area.
• No-bleed office PDFs at the exact paper size, with the design on a panel 5 mm inside the sheet, for desk printers that cannot print to the edge.
• Separate "with-guides" PDFs show the bleed, trim and safe lines for proofing.

Editable, with batch fill

• Editable fields: recipient name, personal message, date, certificate number and two signatories (name and role).
• 8 SVG files (4 languages × 2 sizes) with live text and named layers: Artwork, Logo, Text and Guides. They open in Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity Designer and Figma once the included fonts are installed.
• 4 HTML/CSS files (one per language, both sizes) that the PDFs were made from, with switches for size, guides and office print.
• Batch fill: list your names in the included recipients file, or load a CSV or JSON list in Chrome or Edge, and print one certificate per name. Sample batch PDFs with three names per language are included.
• PNG previews of every language and size.

Good to know

• The PDFs are RGB. Most printers convert them to CMYK; the README explains how to convert with your printer's profile for the most accurate colours.
• This is a design file package: printing and editing software are not included.
• All sample details are fictional (organisation, mark, recipients, signatories, drawn signature scribbles and certificate numbers) and are meant to be replaced with your own.
