Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

TowerCaty is a digital products store operated by Rawaas LLC.

By accessing TowerCaty, creating an account, purchasing a product, or downloading files from the website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any license terms applicable to the product you purchase.

TowerCaty provides digital products including website templates, dashboards, software tools, source code, design files, and related digital resources.

Product descriptions identify the main contents, features, supported environments, and license options available for each product. Buyers are responsible for reviewing this information before completing a purchase.

A purchase gives you a license to use the product according to the applicable License Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original product, source files, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, or make the original or substantially unchanged product files available to third parties unless the applicable license expressly permits it.

You are responsible for ensuring that your hosting environment, operating system, third-party services, and technical setup meet any requirements stated on the product page or documentation.

TowerCaty may update products, documentation, website content, pricing, or availability when reasonably necessary. Previously purchased licenses remain subject to the terms applicable to that purchase.

TowerCaty is not responsible for problems caused by unsupported environments, third-party services, modifications made by the buyer, improper installation, or use outside the documented scope of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

TowerCaty sells digital products that may become available for access or download shortly after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, refunds are not normally provided simply because a buyer changes their mind after accessing or downloading a product.

A refund may be considered where:

  • the buyer was charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • the purchased product cannot be delivered or downloaded because of a problem attributable to TowerCaty;
  • the product is materially defective and the problem cannot reasonably be corrected;
  • the product materially differs from the description presented at the time of purchase;
  • TowerCaty is otherwise required to provide a refund under applicable consumer law.

Before approving a refund for a technical problem, TowerCaty may ask the buyer to provide reasonable information about the issue and may first attempt to resolve it.

Refunds are normally not provided solely because:

  • the buyer changed their mind;
  • the buyer purchased the wrong product;
  • the buyer lacks the software or technical knowledge required to use the product;
  • the buyer uses an environment that the product page does not state is supported;
  • the buyer modified the product and the modification caused the problem.

These limitations do not override any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's jurisdiction.

If a full refund is issued, the associated license and right to continue using the refunded product may be terminated.

Refund requests should be sent to hello@towercaty.com with the purchase details and a clear description of the issue.

License Terms

Last updated: October 2026

Unless a product page states otherwise, TowerCaty products are licensed under one of the following license types.

Personal License

Permits use of the product by one user in one personal, non-commercial project.

Commercial License

Permits use of the product in up to five commercial projects for the license holder or their clients.

Extended License

Permits use of the product in an unlimited number of commercial projects and by a team of up to five users.

A valid license allows reasonable modification and customization of the product for projects permitted under that license.

Unless expressly permitted, no TowerCaty license allows you to:

  • resell or redistribute the original product files;
  • sublicense the original product;
  • share editable source files publicly;
  • upload the product to another marketplace or file-sharing service;
  • sell or distribute the product as a competing template, software product, source-code package, or downloadable resource;
  • make the original or substantially unchanged files available for others to download.

A license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original product.

Third-party components included in a product remain subject to their respective open-source or third-party licenses.

Where a product page or included license file contains product-specific terms, those specific terms apply to that product.

If a purchase is fully refunded, the associated TowerCaty license may be revoked.

Questions about licensing may be sent to hello@towercaty.com.
