Overview
Conference Invitation is a modern invitation set for a professional conference, summit or forum, designed to invite a speaker, guest or delegate. A deep indigo front with a fine grid, a data-node network and a cyan, violet and amber gradient ring gives it a clear knowledge and technology feel; the light back lists the programme highlights on a timeline, with the venue, registration details and a scannable QR code.
What you get
- Invitation, front and back: the front carries the conference name, theme, a personal invitation text and a date, venue and RSVP panel; the back carries the programme highlights with times for two days, the venue address, registration details and a QR code.
- Attendee badge (bonus): a matching 4 × 3 in (101.6 × 76.2 mm) badge with name, role pill, affiliation, access line and its own QR code.
- Share image: a 1080 × 1350 px PNG for social media and messaging, with the key details and registration QR code.
Four real language versions
- Arabic: a mirrored right-to-left layout, not just translated text. The logo, text and timeline move to the right, the gradient ring and QR code move to the left, and Arabic is set in Noto Kufi Arabic. Western digits (0–9) are used for dates, times and numbers; times, web address, email and phone stay left-to-right.
- English, French and Spanish: hand-written invitation text, programme and labels in each language, with local date and time conventions (for example 9 h 30 in French) and correct accents.
Print-ready sizes
- Invitation A5 (148 × 210 mm) with 3 mm bleed: PDF page 154 × 216 mm, 5 mm safe area.
- Invitation 5 × 7 in with 0.125 in bleed: PDF page 5.25 × 7.25 in, 0.2 in safe area.
- Badge 4 × 3 in with 0.125 in bleed: PDF page 4.25 × 3.25 in.
- Embedded fonts, TrimBox and BleedBox in every print PDF, plus separate "with-guides" PDFs that show the bleed, trim and safe lines for proofing.
Editable sources
- 24 SVG files with live text and named layers (Artwork, Logo, QR code, Text, Guides) for Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity Designer and Figma.
- 4 HTML/CSS files (one per language, every item and size) that the PDFs and PNGs were made from.
- PNG previews of every language, side and size.
Good to know
- The QR codes point to sample example.com addresses; the README explains how to replace them with your own registration link.
- The PDFs are RGB. Most printers convert them to CMYK; the README explains how to convert with your printer's profile.
- This is a design file package: printing, badge holders and editing software are not included.
- All sample details are fictional (conference, organiser, logo, speaker, venue, programme, example.com addresses and the +1 202 555 0164 phone number) and are meant to be replaced with your own.

Requirements
To print: use the PDF files as they are with any print service or PDF viewer. To edit the SVG files: a vector design app that opens SVG, such as Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity Designer or Figma, with the included Sora and Noto Kufi Arabic fonts installed first. To replace the QR codes: any QR code generator. To edit the HTML sources: any text editor, and Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to preview them and save them as PDF. No software is included in the package.

PDF: any PDF viewer and standard print workflows (RGB PDF, fonts embedded, TrimBox and BleedBox set). SVG: Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity Designer and Figma (import). PNG: any image viewer, social media and messaging apps. Fonts: TrueType (.ttf) for Windows, macOS and Linux. HTML: current Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Installation
- Download
conference-invitation-1.0.0.zipand unzip it. - To print as is, open
print/a5/,print/5x7in/orprint/badge-4x3in/and pick the PDF for your language (the file without "with-guides"). - To edit, first install the fonts from the
fonts/folder (Windows: right-click > Install; macOS: double-click > Install Font), then restart your design app. - Open the SVG for your language, item and side from
source/svg/, edit the text and replace the QR code with your own. - Read
README.mdfor the full editing and printing guide.
User guide
- Change the details: edit the text objects in the SVG files (each line is its own text object) or the text in
source/html/conference-invitation-<lang>.html. - QR codes: they point to sample example.com addresses. Delete the QR code layer content and place a code for your own registration page in the same square, then test it with a phone.
- Arabic text: Arabic lines are anchored at their right edge so they stay right-aligned. In Illustrator, use the Middle Eastern & South Asian Every-line Composer if letters look disconnected.
- Logo: delete the Logo layer and place your own logo in the same spot.
- Guides: hide or delete the Guides layer before exporting a PDF; use the "with-guides" PDFs only to check your layout.
- Printing: send the PDF at full page size (trim + bleed); print the invitation double-sided (page 1 front, page 2 back) and cut to the trim.
- Colour mode: the PDFs are RGB; ask your printer to convert them with their CMYK profile and request a proof.
